Why Xolani exists…
Rejection turned clarity
XOLANI was created by designer Cydney-Christine Moses after being punished in school for wearing her natural Afro.
That moment revealed a truth: the things that make us different are often the things the world tries to silence.
The name Xolani, meaning peace in Zulu, represents the freedom to exist boldly, peacefully, and unapologetically as yourself.
What started as a personal expression of identity has grown into a movement celebrating culture, creativity, and courage.
Xolani isn’t just clothing.
It’s a reminder that authenticity is power.
